Damaged or incorrect items
If your fan arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at hello@coolcrewco.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. Once verified, we’ll send a free replacement — no return required.
Returns & Exchanges
At this time, we do not accept physical returns or exchanges for change of mind or style preference. All issues are handled through photo verification to reduce unnecessary shipping waste.

CoolCrew fans are made to last with everyday use, but like any accessory, they’re not indestructible.
Store folded when not in use and avoid excessive force or bending. While the bamboo structure and printed surface are water-resistant, prolonged exposure to water, submersion or moisture reaching the fabric edge or adhesive may cause damage or lifting.
If needed, gently wipe the bamboo with a dry or slightly damp cloth and allow to fully air dry before storing.
